In each class we explore mindfulness using mindfulness meditation called Shodaigyo. Shodaigyo guides participants through three forms of mindfulness meditation as well as the reflection on the meditation experience itself. Each session includes a calming meditation, chanting meditation, and an awareness meditation, guided thoughtfully by Krista.
All classes are live, right here on the membership site (Zoom has been integrated), in your personal classroom. In addition, members have access to four recorded prior sessions, so they can continue to follow a guided practice with Krista.
